Our leadership background spans both the automotive dealership sector and the insurance adjusting industry, creating a rare blend of operational insight and claims‑handling proficiency. With experience across five major dealership groups—including serving as Body Shop Manager at three locations—we have built a reputation for operational excellence, compliance with OEM standards, and high‑volume estimating accuracy.
In the insurance sector, our director has served with four adjusting firms, ultimately advancing to Training and Branch Manager, where he developed and mentored more than a dozen estimators and adjusters while working directly with major national carriers. This dual‑industry foundation allows us to bridge the gap between repair facilities and insurers with clarity, fairness, and technical authority.

I have worked worldwide in automotive. My current project is with Toyota N. America in the service department industry.
