Background
As a Chartered Director with over 20 years of experience in the fields of Automotive shop management, estimates and insurance claim settlements, I have developed a unique approach to Auto repair management that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus. I hold a Chartered Director title and I am a certified Collision shop Manager/Estimator. I’ve worked for 4 Insurance Adjuster firms and held the rank of Training/Branch Manager at the last organization. I have trained over a dozen estimator/adjusters and practiced insurance with major carriers. My automotive experience was gained from working in five dealerships across the region and held Bodyshop Manager title at three of them. I’ve written the most estimates across the region. My experience spans across a few makers - to include Ferrari, Porsche, JLR, BMW, Hyundai, Kia, Mercedes, Toyota, Nissan, Suzuki, Volvo to name a few.

Our vision is to bring alive the importance of moving to a new way of doing estimates to meet the requirement of restoring electric vehicles-EV and also restoring correctly vehicle fitted with trauma packages from the Canadian market. With the new estimate software, you can do estimates on the newer cars (Porsche, x6, Benz truck, Ferrari) as these estimates CANNOT be done without using AUDATEX to define parts, parts prices, labor time, UHSS, HSS, different type of adhesive, frame machine and paint line.
